Forklift Delivery in Houston
We deliver forklifts to your site on flatbed trailers, unload with our equipment and pick up when the rental ends. Same-day delivery available within Beltway 8 for most equipment types.

Heavy equipment (telehandlers, large rough terrain) may require specialized transport — quoted individually. Pallet jacks and small warehouse lifts can be delivered by box truck at lower cost.
How Delivery Works
- 1. You confirm the rental and provide the delivery address with site contact name and phone number.
- 2. We schedule delivery — morning or afternoon window. Same-day if ordered before noon for in-stock equipment.
- 3. Our driver arrives with the forklift on a flatbed. We unload at the designated drop point using our equipment.
- 4. Your site contact signs the delivery receipt confirming equipment condition. We do a quick walk-around together.
- 5. When the rental ends, call us to schedule pickup. Same process in reverse — we load and haul it away.
Site Requirements
We need flatbed trailer access to your delivery point. That means a road or lot that can support an 18-wheeler (for large equipment) or a medium-duty truck (for warehouse forklifts and pallet jacks). If site access is tight — narrow gates, low clearances, soft ground — let us know when ordering so we can plan the right transport vehicle.
For construction sites, give us GPS coordinates or a pin drop — not just a street address. Houston construction addresses don't always match where the actual work is happening. We've sent drivers to the front of a new development when the staging area was a quarter mile in on a dirt road behind the sales office. A pin drop saves everyone 30 minutes of phone calls on delivery day.
Multi-Unit Deliveries
Need multiple forklifts delivered to the same site? We stack small units (pallet jacks, warehouse forklifts) on a single trailer when possible. Two standard warehouse forklifts fit on one flatbed trailer. That cuts your delivery cost per unit significantly compared to scheduling separate trips.
For fleet deployments — refinery turnarounds, new warehouse buildouts, large construction projects — we coordinate staged deliveries. First batch arrives on day one. Additional units arrive as the project ramps up. We schedule pickups as phases complete so you're not paying rental on idle equipment.
After-Hours and Weekend Delivery
Standard delivery hours are 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. After-hours delivery (evenings and weekends) is available for an additional $75-$150 depending on the time and location. Emergency same-day delivery outside normal hours is handled case by case — call us and we'll figure it out.
Refinery and petrochemical sites often require off-hours delivery to avoid interfering with production traffic. We're used to that. Our drivers carry TWIC cards for Ship Channel access and know the gate procedures at most Houston-area refineries. If your site has specific safety orientation requirements, let us know ahead of time so our driver shows up prepared.
Pickup at End of Rental
Call us 24 hours before you're done with the equipment. We'll schedule a pickup within the next business day. Park the forklift in a clear, accessible area with the keys in the ignition and the fuel tank at the same level it was delivered. Our driver handles the loading. You sign the return receipt confirming the equipment condition and that's it — rental complete. No hidden return fees, no cleaning charges, no surprise invoices after the fact.
